1 Faulty Goods (within 7days s of despatch)
If your purchase develops a fault within 7 days of dispatch, we will exchange, replace or refund the item. We will arrange for the item to be returned for testing, and then send you a new replacement straight away. Alternatively, if proof can be provided by photographic or video evidence we can send a replacement without exchanging. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, or misuse, for which there will be no exchange or repair.
2 Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event, your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your order number and with details of the problem. We will arrange to replace it. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.
3. Lost items
Artio International LTD. uses mail services to despatch items to customers. UK items are sent via Royal Mail or courier, depending on order value. Foreign orders are sent Airmail. In the unlikely event that items do not arrive the buyer must allow 7 days (UK) and 14 days (outside the UK) to establish the item as lost. After that period has expired the buyer must contact Artio International LTD.

No warranties or representations are made about any goods other than as expressly contained in this site. To the extent permissible by law all implied terms, whether by statute or otherwise, are excluded. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
5. Liability
Artio International LTD. liability for any injury (other than death or personal injury), damage, or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via this site, or from the transaction itself, are hereby excluded. Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of SUSHAI or any of its agents will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased, together with any delivery charges paid.
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract. We have the right to change these terms at any time without prior agreement.
